A historical collection of documents and artifacts, concerned with the Methodist Church in Cornwall, exists and is believed that other, similar, collections exist in private hands, and are housed under conditions probably no better. If a building could be found where such materials could be kept under acceptable conditions, it might be possible to add some of the latter collections to the former, resulting in a truly representative collection. The resulting combined collection would be of great interest to historians, residents in Cornwall, tourists and others, whether Methodist or not. |
